General Diaper Need Order Form
The Junior League of Ocala Diaper Bank provides free diapers directly to Marion County residents in need. We regularly attend community events and are able to provide diapers to community partners for pick up at several locations. 

Please fill out this form and we will help get diapers to you.

Please note: You do not need to be a government benefits recipient to receive free diapers from the Junior League of Ocala Diaper Bank. We collect this information for use in grant writing and to help us purchase diapers at a discounted rate.
