Vendor Registration
HARDIN PARK SCHOOL HOLIDAY EXPO
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22nd, 5pm – 7:30pm
-Vendor information will be printed in the program that will be distributed at the entrance.
-Student vendors will be given a vendor space in  the kid's vendor area.
-All vendors are given one vendor space for an 8’ table. If you need additional space, please purchase multiple spots at $10 for every additional 8’ space.
-All vendors must bring their own table and anything else that they need.
-All registration is on a first come - first serve basis. Online registration is considered complete once the vendor fee has been received.    
-Registrations will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20th.  Late registrations will not be accepted.  
-Vendors will be allowed in the school at the lobby entrance at 3:30 p.m. to begin setting-up. Set up should be complete before the expo begins at 5:00.
-Holiday performance program begins promptly at 5:30 p.m.
