Event Booking Information

as the venue for your upcoming event. We are dedicated to fostering inclusion
and community, and we are excited to share our space with you to create a
memorable experience. Whether you're hosting a social gathering or a corporate
function, we are committed to working closely with you to ensure a successful
event.
The Details
Capacity: Our versatile space can comfortably accommodate up
to 93 people. The capacity is evenly split between our open and bright upstairs
café area and our rustic basement space. For seated events, we can accommodate
72 guests, and we can customize the furniture setup to meet your specific
requirements. Additionally, weather permitting, you will have access to our
spacious patio, adding an outdoor charm to your event.
Food: While we do not have a commercial kitchen, we allow
you to bring in your preferred catering service to meet your culinary needs.
Alcohol: Calgary Heritage Roasting Company is fully
licensed, offering a selection of local craft beers and wines. Our beverage
menu can be provided upon request.
Special Requests: We understand that each event is unique,
and we are more than happy to accommodate your specific requests. Whether it
involves rearranging tables, chairs, or installations, or renting additional materials
like cocktail tables and glassware, we will work with you to tailor the venue
to your event's needs. Please note that any special requests may incur
additional costs, which can be discussed during the booking process.
Deposit: To secure your desired date and booking, we require
a 50% deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total event cost, with
the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to the event start time. Please be
aware that if the event is canceled within 2 weeks of the scheduled date, you will forfeit the deposit.
Additional Costs: Events exceeding the agreed-upon time will
be subject to additional charges. A fee of $50.00 will be billed for every 15
minutes beyond the scheduled event duration.
