Congratulations on your acceptance!!!  Please complete this form if you have been accepted to a college, apprenticeship program, or the military and would like to be recognized with a certificate that will be posted in the main lobby.  You will also need to email a copy or a screenshot of your college acceptance letter(s), or proof of apprenticeship or military plans to Ms. Koutnik (mkoutnik@beniciaunified.org) in the Counseling Office as soon as possible.
