Class Ambassador Sign Up

Class Ambassadors (also known throughout the years as Class Agents, Class Secretaries and Reunion Committee Volunteers) are volunteer representatives who participate in class outreach to boost Wheeler spirit through event attendance and participation in the reunion class gift. They may also act as a point person for class news and updates posted on social media or on The Wheel. Your class may be represented by one individual or by a group/committee. This is a low-lift role that enables you to keep in touch with your classmates and with Wheeler— a win-win!

As a Class Ambassador you will:

  • Have the opportunity to reach out to your Wheeler class personally, with help from the Alumni Office
  • Be in the know about what's happening at Wheeler for students and alumni alike
  • Keep your class spirit strong and connected to one another, with greater turnouts at events and participation in a Reunion Class Gift

Confidentiality Agreement:  Any and all information contained in lists or materials provided by The Wheeler School is strictly confidential and the use of such information shall be limited solely to communications regarding The Wheeler  School, The Wheeler  School Alumni Association, and reunion committee and/or volunteer activities authorized by The Wheeler  School. Use of this information for any other purpose, including but not limited to any private, commercial or political mailing is strictly prohibited.

By signing this Agreement, the undersigned acknowledges that he/she/they has read and understands the “Confidentiality Policy” as described above, agrees to adhere by said policy, and acknowledges that violation of the policy may result in possible dismissal from any volunteer position with The Wheeler  School  or The Wheeler  School  Alumni Association.
