Welcome to the 2023-2024 Season of the Osseo Maple Grove Basketball Association (OMGBA). Scholarships are awarded to players who complete the Scholarship Request Process below before the program registration deadline, as long as the player is not on probation and as long as the OMGBA Scholarship Fund still has funds. Do NOT register for a program before you receive the scholarsip code. We cannot issue refunds.

Scholarships Request Process:

**Do not register to play until you are notified of approval**
1. Complete this online Application Form below.
2. Send Copy of District 279 Free & Reduced Lunch Letter (scanned pdf or photo) to: scholarship@omgba.net
3. Wait for OMGBA Executive Committee Approval (typical response time is three (3) business days).  

Scholarship Information/FAQ

1. With the submission of the Scholarship Application Form, A copy of a District 279 Free & Reduced Lunch Letter & approval by the OMGBA Executive board, a player may receive up to 50% of the house fees and 50% of travel fees. All forms must be completed before the scholarship application deadline.

2. All scholarship requests MUST be submitted online AND the initial request must be made at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to the close of registration. No scholarships will be available for those requesting after this deadline.

3. The maximum scholarship available is 50% off registration for house and if the player plans to try out for traveling the 50% discount may also be extended to those fees providing 50% off the total registration.

4.  Scholarship families are required to volunteer at the OMGBA hosted tournaments (In November) in the same manner as non scholarship families are required.
