Howdy folks! Please fill out this form to customize your freezer order! Please keep in mind if this is your first time getting a freezer order that you are paying for the *hanging weight* (before it is cut up) so if you choose many de-boned cuts you will not get as much total weight back. Keeping your bones and organ meats will also help get the most value out of your order. If you have any trouble filing this out or need help please e-mail us at dalewfarms@gmail.com (preferred) or call 705-594-1823. We will send you a final invoice with the remaining balance owing once the order is ready and confirm your pick up place/time. Thank you for supporting our family farm!!!

Select all that apply. *Remember you are paying for these items because you are paying for the HANGING weight (before it is cut up) so to get as much value out of your order as possible, select as many of these items as you can use. Some of these items can make great treats for your pets if you can't use yourself. SOUP BONES make super healthy bone broth, BRAISING RIBS are very tender if cooked slowly and for a long period of time (crock pot works great!), STEWING BEEF CUBES (if you don't choose this it will be made into ground beef), LIVER: if you want the health benefits of your liver but don't like the taste, get it ground up and mixed in with your ground beef! We personally don't notice a difference in flavor.

**Brown Butcher Paper Only (No plastic)!** We have tested this ourselves and find no difference in freezer life vs using plastic wrap.

Vacuum Pack (a $0.10/lb charge will apply). Please note that seals can bust easily when rummaging through the freezer and meat will get freezer burnt much easier vs brown butcher paper.
