Instructional Technology Aide Request Form for Hybrid Courses Spring 2021
Do you wish to have an Instructional Technology Aide (ITA) assist you with the technological needs of your class during the Spring 2021 semester?

ITAs assist in providing the technological assistance needed to help improve the quality of hybrid instruction by supporting faculty & students in creating an interactive, engaging and equitable learning environment.  Some of their main duties are: assisting faculty with uploading materials into Canvas, troubleshooting connection and access issues with enrolled students, & monitoring zoom discussions, chat function, and/or breakout rooms.  The ITA will be assigned to work during every class for the duration of the semester.

Note: An ITA is not a Teacher's Assistant; they do not grade assignments or exams.  They are undergraduate students who are trained by CNDLS and seeking a Federal Work-Study job.

Note: Please only fill out this form for the course that you anticipate needing assistance. One form will need to be completed for each course.

Please complete this form by Friday, January 8 so your ITA can be matched to your course schedule and receive training before the beginning of the semester.
