MeckGOP Precinct Meeting Absentee Form

Please fill out this form no later than 6:00PM on Thursday, February 3, 2022. THE ABSENTEE FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS IT IS COMPLETELY FILLED OUT, INCLUDING ACCURATE PRECINCT NUMBER AND COUNTY COMMISSION DISTRICT.

Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee election as a delegate or alternate delegate. Attendees at the precinct meeting take precedence over absentees for purposes of filling positions with limited number of allotted spots.

The 2022 MeckGOP Precinct meeting will be on Saturday, February 5 at Myers Park High School's cafeteria.

For residents living in Mecklenburg County Commission Districts 1-3, registration will be from 8:30AM-9:00 AM, with the meeting starting promptly at 9:00 AM.

For residents living in Mecklenburg County Commission Districts 4-6, registration will be from 12:30PM-1:00 PM, with the meeting starting promptly at 1:00 PM.

A poll observer training will take place between precinct meetings, from 11:30AM-12:30PM at the Myers Park H.S. Cafeteria. You may preorder lunch here: https://secure.anedot.com/meckgop/feb5precinctlunch - outside food will not be permitted.
