Important Information

🚨 This is NOT the official registration form. Filling out this form grants VIP priority, allowing early access to registration through our IG group chats before public registration opens (via bank transfer or cash). 

⚠️ If a project has limited capacity, spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness.

SOLOIST PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY

This year, we’re offering a special chance for a select few to shine as solo performers on stage! However, these classes will be structured differently from our regular courses—please read the details below.

How It Works (T&Cs)

• The program runs for 8 weeks and requires at least 4x backup dancers and a suitable timeslot to proceed.
• If you have friends who want to support you, they must complete this form as a "backup dancer." However, if you don’t have any friends available for this role, you can still fill out the form, and we will inform you if we can gather enough backup dancers to support your team.  
  
• A Kinetic Teacher will be assigned to guide your team and help refine your performance.
• You must submit an audition video showcasing your dance skills. Prior dance experience is required, and you must be confident in performing the full song as a soloist.
• Only a select few will be chosen to maintain the high performance standards of the Kpop Night Showcase. So, gather your friends, submit your forms, and take your soloist dreams to the big stage at Kpop Night! ✨

💰 Pricing:

Soloist (x1)

- 8x Weeks of Training – $320 ($40 per 1.5-hour session)

-  Registration Fee – $49 (Compulsory for all performers, includes a FREE KPOP Night Shirt!)

Backup Dancers (minimum x4)

- 8x Weeks of Training - $200 ($25 per 1.5-hour session) 

-  Registration Fee – $49 (Compulsory for all performers, includes a FREE KPOP Night Shirt!)

Terms & Conditions

- Please note registrations are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the course has not yet started. Kinetic Studio invests significant time and behind-the-scenes effort in organizing teams, scheduling sessions, and managing logistics. Due to this, refunds will not be issued once payment has been received. 

- Discounts cannot be used towards Kpop Night Registrations.

-  The team's level will be determined by the experience level of the team and difficulty of dance, This information will be included in the official listing so you can join what best suited for you.

• All performers must purchase 1x "Showcase Registration" participate.
• The $49 fee is a one-time charge (even if participating in multiple groups)  

• Students can only miss 1 out of 8 sessions (non-refundable).
• Missing more than 1x session may result in removal from the team unless prior approval is obtained.
• Full commitment is required
• Schedules may change based on majority availability, please try to be flexible. 

Additional Training:

• If a team requires extra training beyond the initial 8x sessions, additional lessons can be arranged with a majority vote + Teacher/Kinetic approval
• If you miss a session, you will be responsible for catching up with your team. Alternatively, you may contact Kinetic to arrange a one-on-one private session.
• Extra sessions are charged at $35 per 1.5-hour session.

Parental Consent (Under 18s):

Teen K-pop Team (Homebush)

• Participants aged 15 or younger are encouraged to join the Teen K-pop team on Saturdays. 
• Students aged 14+ may join other teams with parental permission. Communication will take place through Official Kinetic Instagram group chats; if a student is uncomfortable participating, a parent may join on their behalf.  

Parental Consent & Payments

• Participants under 18 must have parental consent before making any payments.
