Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2023 D8 Summit Charity Convention. Our fundraising mission isn't possible without you, our champions. Not only do you make the games happen, you are the spokesperson and cheerleader for our mission to help the homeless and those who need hope.

This form is used only to establish a list of ready volunteers for certain high-participant events. We do not share this list with anybody, but we will use the information shared among our staff to contact you for games and potential rewards for your volunteerism.

By completing this form, you agree and consent to a background check confirming you have not been found guilty of a sex crime. You also agree to an understanding that completing this form does not guarantee you will be accepted as a volunteer, and that volunteer status can be revoked at any time and for any reason.
