2025 Annual Meeting -- Availability, Declare Board Candidacies, Sign Up to Vote Early Online
***Important Changes to Board Voting Process*** 

We are offering early online voting this year to current, dues-paying members.  We will still have paper ballots for in-person voting at the Annual Meeting.  If you register to vote online early, you will not be given a paper ballot in person (with exceptions for technical difficulties where it can be shown you did not vote).

***2025 Board Announcement***

Annie Blackman will not be running for reelection this year since she is moving away this summer. Thank you for all your contributions, Annie!  

The club byelaws allow for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 board members in any given year, with a majority of voting members (e.g. 51 or more yes votes in a hypothetical scenario with 100 voters) required to elect a candidate.  The other five 2024 board members (listed below) intend to run for reelection.
