We are looking for vendors to bring that "Old-World" flair to our holiday market. This curated market will show preference to vendors who have items handcrafted, holiday-themed, or uniquely Ohio/German.
The Christkindlmarkt will be held December 9th, 10th, and 11th on the Clock Tower Green in Hudson (corner of 91 and 303 - site of Hudson Farmers Market every Saturday during the summer).
Friday, 12/09/22 = 4:00 pm-8:00 pm
Saturday, 12/10/22 = 12:00 pm-8:00 pm
Sunday, 12/11/22 = 12:00 pm-4:00 pm
Approved vendors will receive a heavy-duty, 10’x10’, three-sided tent. Each tent will also have a wooden platform floor. String lighting will be provided inside each tent. Vendors must provide own display tables and any decorations - additional lighting is recommended. A heated Vendors Break Tent will also provide free hot coffee and snacks all weekend.
City Application: Vendors must also be approved by the City of Hudson.

Vendor fee: Applicants will be notified within two weeks of submitting their application and will be invoiced via "Square" for the vendor fee.
Fees for 2022 Christkindlmarkt (all three days):
Gift vendor: $350 by Sept. 30th; ($400 after Sept. 30th)
Food vendors: $400 by Sept. 30th; ($450 after Sept 30th)
Our prices have increased since last year due to overall increase in operating costs.
Fees will be refunded if the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns that we cannot know at this time.
