To apply to be a workshop facilitator, please respond carefully to the questions on this application form. After you submit your application, we will contact you to let you know if you have been selected and--if so--to arrange a group interview for you.

RETURNING FACILITATORS: If you have facilitated TA Conference/Program workshops in past years, there’s no need to fill out the application again. You should have received an email from us with instructions. If not, please contact us at taconf@uw.edu.
