ORAEYC is conducting a study focused on early childhood educators from marginalized communities throughout Oregon to identify barriers and inequities to participating in our programs and professional development offerings. By participating in this study, you will be asked to complete a survey, a virtual focus group meeting, and then join a whole group meeting to talk about what we have learned from all the educators who participated.
