Anime Iwai 2020: Yatta Exhibitor Application
Thank you for showing interest in becoming a Dealer or Artist at Anime Iwai: Yatta

At Anime Iwai, all exhibitor applications are juried to make sure we do not over saturate any particular type of merchandise. This allows all exhibitors to profit as much as possible while ensuring diversity at our convention for our attendees.

The nature of a juried exhibition hall is that if we have too many applicants from one category of art/merchandise we will approve applications from other categories first regardless of the application date. When you apply for a space, please be sure to include a portfolio of you wares/art (Instagram, twitter, website, photos, etc).

FAILURE TO PROVIDE A PORTFOLIO OF YOUR WARES/ART WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION FOR AN EXHIBITOR SPACE.

All spaces are approved in 2 waves. The first approval date is is July 14th, on which time the first round of exhibitors will be notified they were selected. After approval, you will be sent an email and you have TWO WEEKS to pay for your booth or the approval will be rescinded.

The second Wave will be approved on September 15th,After approval, you will be sent an email and you have TWO WEEKS to pay for your booth or the approval will be rescinded.

Any tables available afterwards will be approved on a case by case basis.

Vendor booths are 8'x8' nominal and cost $300.00 plus tax. Purchase of each space includes a 6' x 2.5' table, two chairs,  and 2 Weekend Passes.

Artist Alley tables are $160.00 each plus tax. Purchase of each Artist Alley table includes a 6' x 2.5' table, 2 chairs, and 2 Weekend Passes.  Please note that each Artist's area is confined to the 6' table and the 3 feet to sit behind said purchased table. Please don't infringe upon any other table or their work space behind their table without their permission; this includes helpers and friends.

Any additional passes you may need for additional employees must be purchased separately.

Adult material (i.e., any material that suggests mature themes, content, nature, or styles) are permitted to be sold. Due to the mixed audience that will be attending the convention, any material that can be considered "adult/18+" must be properly covered or concealed, and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that those who purchase such material are of legal age by checking for proper identification. See the convention's weapons policy for information on weapons sales.
