Theater Performance Committee (ticket taking, print program, prop help, decorations, merch sales) for Fall Play & One Act

Theater Competitions Committee (carpooling, organizing meals, communications)

Musical (Publicity, program, sponsorships, costumes, set, sales, or cast & crew support)

Song & Stage Banquet Committee (Not Senior Parents, book location, caterer, decorations, slideshow, SUG) for year end celebration

Communications (help with Charms, Email, Social Media, PTA Newsletter, Website)

Manage PayPal account (assist Treasurer by sorting transactions, creating payment buttons, transferring funds)

Please help us with the 2024 Musical! We cannot do it without parent volunteers, and it's LOTS of FUN! Check which committees interest you and someone will reach out later to confirm your interest:

Publicity (getting the musical word out to our community)

Program (helping with design, editing or printing of the musical program booklet)

Sponsorships (soliciting underwriting and selling program ads to local businesses and families)

Costumes (everything from ironing and steaming to hot gluing and sewing)

Sets (helping with set design or building)

Props (helping source or create props and managing them backstage)

Backstage Crew/Men In Black (the group that helps backstage during production week)

Sales (helping with show tickets and merchandise)

Cast & Crew Support (helping with production week dinners for the cast and crew, backstage makeup and hair, and coordinating volunteers for production week)
