Due to the ongoing and rapidly changing situation with the novel – coronavirus (COVID-19), we are requiring all visitors to Compass Sea School premises to fill-out the self-declaration form below. This must be completed by EACH member of your party if you have made a multiple booking.

The safety of our staff, instructors and students is paramount to us and as a commercial business we are required to keep records of all personnel who have visited us. Records will be kept in line with government guidance. We have made several changes to our courses due to the pandemic for example reducing students numbers, increasing distances between desks for classroom courses, using gloves and facemasks where social distancing measure can not be met and using a contact free temperature check for ALL students on every day of their training. If you fail the temperature check you will NOT be allowed to train with us.

It goes without saying that if you are feeling unwell at all you MUST NOT attend training with us - please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you onto another course.

You will use your email address as acceptance of the contents of this form and you will be required to complete a form for each visit to us. If you are not able to complete the form you will not be permitted to undertake training with us - forms MUST be completed and submitted 24 hours prior to your course.
