We will be going to a cabin in West Virginia from February 21-23, 2020. If there is enough snow, this campout will include cross-country skiing. We plan to leave as early as is practical on Friday afternoon (dependent on school schedules), and return around 3pm on Sunday.

The cost of the campout is $55 for all participants. If cross-country skiing is not possible due to the weather or snow conditions, $25 of this cost will be refunded after the campout. As always, please let us know if this presents a financial hardship for your family. Payment is due by February 16th.

After examining the layout of the cabin and the BSA policies about separate sleeping spaces for youth and adults, we do not expect to have space for additional adults to stay at the cabin. Please let us know if you would like information about nearby options, or are interested in camping on the property.
