Please complete this form to apply for a regular radio broadcast time for the SUMMER'23 Broadcast Seasons.

The Application Deadline is MONDAY APRIL 17TH @ NOON, with training sessions and orientation occurring between April 24th - May 07. Late Programme Proposals will be accepted and processed on an individual basis, with no guarantee on the turnaround time.

PROGRAMMING/BROADCAST SEASON DATES

Summer Season (16 weeks) Monday May 01 - Saturday August 19

COMMITMENT: Programmers are expected to produce/submit broadcast content according to pre-arranged deadlines and schedules for each week of the Season (including Stat Holidays and personal vacation plans). Alternative arrangements must be made to accommodate absences in advance.

MEMBERSHIP: In order to submit a Programme Proposal, you must be a member of Trent Radio in good standing ($25/year).
Membership does not guarantee you a show. Membership provides you with the opportunity to support Community Radio, participate at Trent Radio's AGM, attend workshops and training sessions, and apply for a Seasonal Programme.
All Undergraduate Trent University Students are already members of the organisation through the payment of their membership dues through the Levy Fee system.
