After an overwhelmingly successful first year of painting fifteen homes of Legacy residents (residents who have owned their home at least since 2014), resident-led West Lakes Partnership will resume our second year of the neighborhood paint program. In addition, you can sign up for spring flowers.
 
We heard nothing but praise and excitement about the program from our 2021 survey of participating residents. From our six contractors to the finished jobs. We will tinker with the program and make it better for Legacy residents this year! Funded by Lift Orlando and participating residents. Program will start once funding has been received.
