Thank you so much for your willingness to volunteer for our event! August 12th and 13th are going to be amazing! How can you go wrong with lineups like we have?!

As you can see, our signup form looks a little different this year. As we continue to grow, we have to adjust our coverage and shifts. We saw some people unfortunately taking advantage of us and our festival last year so, for legal and professional reasons, we are changing things up.

Please fill out the form below with your name, email, phone number, shift available and areas interested in. Please rank each area; we will do our best to assign you to your first choices but may move you around based on our coverage needs. Every person will need to sign up individually. If you are not on our list, you will not be admitted to the grounds. We will send you an email confirmation prior to the event confirming your placements.

Volunteers will receive a free meal and drink ticket for working their shifts as well as general admission into the concert on the night you volunteer as a thank you for helping us.

T-shirts will be provided only to those volunteers that are signed up on this site prior to the event. In order to receive your concert and meal ticket, you will need to return your shirt to the volunteer trailer at the end of your shift. Because we need to be able to have an accurate headcount, you will then need to have your ticket scanned for entry to the concert. By filling out this form, you acknowledge that you understand and will abide by our expectations.

Please note, this was sent out to our past volunteers first so some of the spots may have already been filled.
