Class of 2027 Request for Reading Skills Development (RSD)Content Assessment

If students and parents desire a course that is different than the placement recommendation, the student will take the content assessment for that discipline. The content assessment for RSD will take place on Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 4:15-5:15 p.m.

To request a content assessment, you must complete and submit this form by January 23, 2023.
IMPORTANT: Only one assessment request per form. Please submit a new form for each assessment. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with directions for the next steps.

Please refer to the Course Registration Worksheet that was emailed to you for your student ID number, recommended course number and counselor name.
