The Department of Education Schools Division of South Cotabato through the Learning Resource Management Section (LRMS) has initiated an integrated collection of DepEd-developed and other learning resources in response to the present challenges in our educational system.

This mechanism engages the use of web-based file storage to enable teachers like you to access all available uploaded resources. Anent this, we are asking you to fill-out this form.

In addition, you are strictly advised to be aware of the limitations in the use of these resources solely and intentionally for instructional, research and educational reference purposes only in observance of the Republic Act 8293 or the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines Act. Any reproduction of these resources in contrary to the purposes mentioned above is punishable by the law.

Rest assured that all information required from you in filling-out this online form shall be kept with utmost confidentiality in conformance to Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
