If you are an AAE Member you ALSO receive an additional discount. Not a member? Please visit the National Art Educators website www.arteducators.org to register or renew your membership to receive the reduced Fall Conference rate. All National Art Educators Association (NAEA) members are Arkansas Art Educators (AAE) members.
Pre-Registration Deadline: October 15, 2019
IN ORDER TO PRE-REGISTER SUBMIT THIS FORM AND PAYMENT BY OCT. 15, 2019.

~~ In order to qualify for pre-registration your payment AND this form must be received by Oct. 15, 2019. If your payment is received after Oct. 15, 2019, the Fall Conference fee will be at the regular rate, the Friday luncheon will not be included, and your ticketed sessions will not be reserved. A Luncheon ticket can be purchased separately at the conference for $20. ~~

Pre-Registration forms and PayPal payments are automatically dated and timestamped when submitted. Mailed payments will be registered based on the postmark date. You will receive an email receipt from the AAE Treasurer after payment is received at the email address listed at the top of this form. Receipt of payment will confirm your registration.

If you wish to stay at the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel during the Fall Conference, October 15, 2019 is also the deadline for reserving rooms at a discounted conference rate. Please call the hotel for reservations and questions regarding hotel rooms at (501) 371-9000.

Non-Members - $125.00 with a Friday Luncheon Ticket
Students - $25.00 with a Friday Luncheon Ticket
Retired AAE Members - $25.00 with a Friday Luncheon Ticket
New to the Profession Teachers - $37.50 (1/2 Price with Documentation) with a Friday Luncheon Ticket

First Year Teacher Documentation
First Year Teachers who are new to the profession are eligible for a 1/2 price Fall Conference fee!
To qualify you must submit a FIRST YEAR DOCUMENTATION FORM signed by an administrator. The FIRST YEAR DOCUMENTATION FORM is on the AAE Fall Conference webpage www.ararted.org/fall-conference. Complete the form and bring it with you to the On-Site Registration table on Thursday morning of the Fall Conference or email your signed form to the AAE Treasurer beforehand at treasurer@ararted.org. If the form is NOT signed by an administrator the new teacher will be responsible for remaining regular registration fee cost at the conference ($95.00 for AAE Members or $145.00 for Non-Members)
