Winter Retreat will be held
January 2-6th at Sky Ranch in Van, TX. We will arrive at 4 PM on January 2nd and depart at 7 AM on January 6th. The retreat will include worship, biblical teaching and discussion, and free time to hand out and have fun with your community.
The cost is $270 before Thanksgiving, with an increase to $300 after Thanksgiving. There is a $70 deposit for those registering before Thanksgiving to secure their price of $270. (The deposit is included in your price, so after you pay the $70, you will only owe $200.)
The cost to attend covers lodging, ten meals, and the retreat fee. The registration deadline is December 22nd. NOTE: This cost does not include transportation. Transportation to and from the retreat is on your own. We don’t want transportation to hinder anyone coming and would love to help you find transportation if you are in need of a ride, so let us know!
PAYMENT:
Payments can be made in cash or check (made payable to Christian Challenge at KSU) at the back table on Thursday nights, or Venmo (@Christian-Challenge-KSU). If you choose to pay by Venmo, please do so as you register.
Scholarships are available — so if finances are an issue or hindrance, contact Dave Gevock (dlgevock@gmail.com) for the scholarship form.
We also will have a payment plan option available for students who are unable to pay the full price of the retreat up front. A $70 deposit is still required for the early bird cost, and then a $50 monthly payment made January through May to pay off the remaining balance.
