Virtual Cohort Interest Form
If leaders consistently come together to share learnings and resources, while collaboratively developing coaching skills and creative solutions, then leaders will grow significantly as professionals AND dramatically improve outcomes for the diverse learners in their schools.

The DLC is considering launching a virtual cohort of the Coaching Collaborative program for diverse learner leaders working outside of the Middle Tennessee region. Beginning in July 2024, this cohort would meet on a consistent cadence to engage in coaching development and collaborative solution seeking. By filling out the form below, you are indicating your interest in participating in the virtual cohort of the Coaching Collaborative. 

Interested participants will be informed of the cohort's status by mid-May. Seats would be limited, and coaches will be included in the cohort on a first come, first selected basis. If your interest for participation changes at any time, please let us know so others may choose to participate in the program.

The potential in-person events would take place in August (kick off, 2 days) and April (closing, 1 day) depending on participant availability.

All cohort sessions would take place during the typical school day (e.g. between 8:00am and 4:00pm). Please note that "bi-monthly" below refers to every other month, and full day sessions would include a lunch break.
