Why should you join our parenting circles?


Do you struggle to balance time between your work, your home and your child(ren), and does that often leave you with guilt that you find difficult to process?

Do you sometimes feel surges of emotions that you struggle to regulate when your children are being difficult, which later flow out of you as anger or breakdowns?

Do you often struggle to listen mindfully to your children or set healthy boundaries with them?

Does your child(ren) hide information from you out of fear or discomfort which later leads to huge fights or disagreements, leaving you wondering where you are going wrong?

Are you worried about how to instil a strong sense of worth and moral values within your child(ren)?

Do you maintain unrealistic expectations of your child(ren) and worry that these expectations you are nurturing may later lead to sorrow and disappointment?

If you could relate to any or all of the above problems, then our Parenting Circles are for you.

Through weekly sessions that use centring practice to slow down and Carl Roger's active listening technique to develop discussions and collect insights, we will support you in working on your parenting problems within small, intimate and safe groups.

How are these parenting circles organised?

  • A free exploratory call will be set up to discuss expectations and set specific goals.
  • You can opt one of the following three options:
            - A 1-month program with one session per week
            - A 3-month program with one session per week
            - A 6-month program with one session per week
  • Each session will be 2 hours in length.
  • The longer you stay in the program, the more deeper we can go into the issues you are working to solve.


Contribution

For the 1-month program: 30,000 INR - Rs 38,000 INR / 380$ - 420$ monthly

For the 3-month program: 28,000 INR - 34,000 INR / 360$ - 400$ monthly

For the 6-month program: 25,000 INR - 30,000 INR/ 330 $ - 380$ monthly

For the 3-month and 6-month programs, you may pay the contribution either in one instalment or 3 equal instalments.


Your Facilitators


Rasha Kutty is the Founder and the Chief Facilitator at The Empathy University®. She holds master's degrees in Management and Psychology. She is a certified Instructional Designer, a certified Empathic Intervision facilitator and a certified Empathy Circles facilitator with 10+ years of training/facilitation experience.

Graham Berends is the Empathic Conversations Lead at The Empathy University®. He holds degrees in Management and Psychology. He is a trained and experienced listening circle facilitator with 12+ years of experience supporting those with addiction and their behavioural issues.
