We can take on board requests made 24 hours in advance of the proposed time. Some requests may take up to 12 hours to appear on the official programme.

If your request cannot be accommodated, please try again with another day and time. Please convert your time and use London time, so we can easily understand your request and avoid misunderstandings and miscommunications.
