DFIR Science, LLC receives many requests for stolen cryptocurrency and NFT investigations. In many cases, identification of thieves and recovery of stolen cryptocurrency is unlikely.

DFIR Science, LLC will monitor and investigate addresses that you provide,  attempt to identify individuals associated with the cryptocurrency, attempt to recover stolen assets, and - when observed - notify cryptocurrency exchanges of stolen assess to prevent withdrawal.

You must provide evidence that you own the addresses you specify. Evidence can be provided by making a transaction with the asset or providing the private key/seed phrase. DO NOT PROVIDE A PRIVATE KEY OR SEED PRHASE TO A WALLET YOU ACTIVELY USE. Transfer all value from the wallet before providing the private key.

Many of these activities are based on the suspect moving the stolen cryptocurrency. As such, there may be no activity - and updates - related to your case for a long time.

In the case that the cryptocurrency is found, DFIR Science, LLC will work with law enforcement agencies and exchanges on your behalf to recover the assets. In the case that the cryptocurrency cannot be recovered, DFIR Science, LLC will provide an investigation report explaining the conclusion.

Fees: There is a 500USD, non-refundable fee to begin monitoring and investigating up to 10 addresses. 100USD for each additional address to be investigated. In the case that assets can be returned, a 5% return fee will be levied on the value of the asset at the time of collection.
