The Data Quality Focus Team will focus on the development, utilization, and management of the schools’, students’, and teachers’ performance data to increase school, student, and teacher performance.

The Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) Quality Focus Team will focus on the development, implementation, and progress monitoring of an effective school PBIS model and plan that is focused on improving student academic, behavior, and attendance performance. Increasing and enhancing student positive support opportunities, incentives, and programs will be a specific focus of the team.

Virtual Academy Quality Focus Team will focus on the continuous development and implementation of South Pointe High School Virtual School Instructional Framework.

STEAM  Quality Focus Team will focus on the continuous development and implementation of South Pointe High School  Virtual School Instruction STEAM Theory of Action and academic framework.  The team will assist in the development of defining, branding, and marketing SPHS STEAM Choice Program to its’ internal and external stakeholder.

Culture 213 Quality Focus Team will focus on enhancing South Pointe High School’s school culture,
spirit, and relationship of its’ faculty, staff, students, alumni, and school community.
