All programs are VIRTUAL(Google Meet) even if it says in a location that is just for myself and my colleagues.
Note: I understand that the midterm and exam schedules have not been released yet. If you sign up to volunteer and then find you have conflicts because of exams and need to cancel, you may do so. I ask that you email me as soon as you realize you are not available to volunteer for an event, so I can find a replacement. Additionally, if you are interested in volunteering for an event but cannot stay the whole time, or have any problems with some of the duties, please specify in the “other” checkbox how you would like to contribute.
