The Code of Conduct has been written in respect to the values of the Club, and its objective of fostering an environment that is free of discrimination and harassment, where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, can contribute fully, and have equal opportunities.

The Code of Conduct is outlined in the ANU MTC Constitution, including the process taken if there is a breach of this Code of Conduct (Section 5.2).
