The German Reunification from a Transnational Perspective
Please join Prof. Il Hyun Cho (Gov. & Law), Prof. Katalin Fabian (Gov. & Law), and Prof. Christopher J. Lee (History/Africana Studies) as well as Refugee Action and the students of the German program for an interdisciplinary discussion of the German reunification. Three panels will address the afterlife of the reunification in Central and Eastern Europe, parallels with a potential Korean reunification, and the lasting implications of the Cold War in Russia, South Africa, and for refugees and undocumented communities across the globe.
