Volunteer to help with Community Vacation Bible School 2021!! This form is for VOLUNTEERS only.

At Compassion Camp folks of all ages will gather to explore what it means to have compassion for others, ourselves, and the world. The practice of lovingkindness is the utmost form of selfless love toward ourselves and others. The practice begins with focusing on self-compassion, because once we have compassion for ourselves, we can have compassion for others.

Set up and clean up teams will need to arrive early or stay late, but all other volunteers should plan to arrive by 5:45 p.m. We have a robust curriculum with lots of activities and crafts for all ages. Volunteers are required to participate in a volunteer orientation night, July 12, 6-8 p.m. at Trinity Church.

Covid Guidelines *

Because this VBS involved children as young as 3, we are asking all participants, staff, and volunteers to wear masks except while eating and drinking. Hand sanitizer will be available for use before using any common supplies. In agreeing to follow the Covid Guidelines for Compassion Camp, I understand that these guidelines will comply with current state mandates and Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey guidelines. I understand that my child cannot participate if they have a fever that day (temperature of 100.4 or more).
