Feedback is important and has led to many of the improvements in our processes.  Tell us what we did well when it came to A/V at SCALE, what we could do better, and how to make your volunteer experience better.  We will review it when we start planning next year's SCALE.

What were some issues that cropped up this year?
Example:  forgot about speaker test station til last minute, issues with slides displaying onscreen
What did A/V do well?
Example: Improved monitoring station UI, use of whiteboards to track issues, we didn't have to stay late once conference started
Cool things A/V can do next time
Example: different things on the NOC big screen TV. Pre-SCALE online orientation
Where could A/V be improved?
Example: More post-processing work done during the conference, better management of radios and headsets so we actually know who to contact for missing radios or headsets
