"Your heartache is someone else's hope. If you make it through, somebody else is going to make it through. Tell your story." - Kim McManus

Heartache2Hope is based on the belief that sharing our grief and sharing our story is comforting, helpful and healing.  Think about a time you listened to someone talk about their experience and thought to yourself: “Thank goodness, I thought it was just me."

We want to give you the opportunity to share your story of grief.  It will be kept anonymous.  Every story shared may lift some of the weight off yourself.   Every story shared may make someone else feel more normal during an abnormal time and make them feel less alone in grief.  Every story shared is an opportunity to break down the stigma of suicide and suicide loss grief.

Answer all, or just one of our prompts. Keep it brief – 100 words maximum.
