Thank you for participating in Trails & Sails which will run from September 15 to September 24, 2023.
Please complete the following form to register your event for the series this year. If you are hosting more than one unique event, please complete a form for each unique event you are hosting.
As you plan, please keep in mind:
- Event times and days of the week: The most popular times for events are 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. You may want to consider other times and days to avoid conflicting events.
- Coordinate with neighbors: Hosting multiple events in a certain community on the same day but at different times can help boost attendance! We encourage you to connect with others near you who may also be planning a Trails & Sails event.
- Reservations: We don't recommend requiring reservations unless your activity or site has a very limited capacity. This helps to prevent 'no-shows' from taking up space on the registration list.
The registration deadline to have your event included in the printed guide has passed, but you can register your event to be included in the online listing up through September 1st!
