Hi, Friends of Glen Rock Borough are pleased to announce that we will be hosting the 8th annual Glen Rock Arts and Brewfest on Saturday, June 1st, 2024!

Thank you for your interest in vending at Glen Rock Arts and Brewfest. My name is Ali Collier, and I am the treasurer of the Friends of Glen Rock Borough. I will be coordinating with the GRABFest vendors for the 3rd year in a row. I am hoping the vendor applications will run a little more smoothly this year by providing more clarity of the process upfront.

Please read the application process below carefully and let me know if you have any questions at GRABFestVendors@gmail.com. This is the ONLY email address that will be used for our vendor process. 

This application is for craft, food and exhibiting vendors.

Interested musicians should contact Brian@crocodiledogmarketing.com.

Interested beer and alcohol vendors should contact Matthew@crocodiledogmarketing.com.

This application is the first of several steps in being accepted as a vendor the for the Glen Rock Arts and Brewfest. While cumbersome, these steps are for the protection of all participants against scams and liability. This is the same process that we have always used for GRABFest and should not be a problem for returning vendors. I am happy to help new vendors work their way through each step.

The application process is as follows:

1.      Carefully read and completely fill out this application. Failure to completely fill out the application may result in slower response time or non-acceptance into the event.

2.      Upon receipt of your application, it will be reviewed by the Friends of Glen Rock Borough volunteers, and you will receive an email from GRABFestVendors@gmail.com with our decision (acceptance, waitlist, or denial) within 2 weeks.

3.      If you have been accepted you will receive by mail, to the address given below, a vendor contract that will need to be returned signed with your payment, and photocopies of your insurance and sales license.

a.      NO ONLINE PAYMENTS WILL BE ASKED FOR OR ACCEPTED

b.      NO ONLINE CONTRACTS WILL BE ASKED FOR OR ACCEPTED

4.      Once your paperwork has been received you will receive a confirmation email again from GRABFestVendors@gmail.com

5.      Setup information including vendor map, timing and other info will be sent out to confirmed vendors by May 15th.

We are looking forward to a wonderful event again this year with over 60 craft, food and exhibit vendors.
