2HC participation will require a significant time investment over a period of 10 months: 
 - 90-120 minutes of learning/interaction each week
 - additional time for personal reflection and practice each month
 - three virtual 3-day retreats (Retreat 1: August 1-3, 2024; Retreat 2: January 2-4, 2025; Retreat 3: June 26-28, 2025). We are online for 3-4 hours each day with breaks, interactive learning and small group engagement. Day 2 of each retreat is also set aside for a Day of Silence that cohort members take in their own location. We encourage getting away somewhere from distractions and regular commitments for our retreats. 
 - monthly spiritual direction and coaching.

Your financial investment is also needed. 2HC pays our spiritual directors, coaches and facilitators and covers ongoing operational costs and program development costs. We encourage each participant to raise funds through donor networks, supporting churches and mission organization. 2HC can help by providing you with a letter to send to ministry partners inviting their financial participation. Request information at your interview.The cost for 2HC is USD $3,250 for tuition, monthly spiritual direction and coaching.
