In order to participate in the 2023 season, all athletes are required to complete and submit this Google form.

Your contribution is essential to the success of this great program. Your contributions fund team shirts, team sweatshirts, coaches, athletic equipment, athletic trainer, transportation, timing services, meet entries, team prizes, athlete awards and other team incidentals throughout the season. In recent years we have purchased hurdles, PV and HJ equipment, starting blocks, FAT results and more.

You have the opportunity to support HBHS Track and Field as a returning or new athlete:

- Returning athletes, $260. Covers items listed above.
- New athletes, $360. Covers items listed above PLUS team uniform.

You can also order spirit gear in this form for family members to support your athlete when you come to watch meets.  

- Team shirt for family member, $30
- Team sweatshirt for family member, $40
