Fond du Lac Soccer Association College Scholarship Application
The Fond du Lac Soccer Association (FDLSA) scholarships were established to help college-bound graduating seniors who participated in the FDLSA soccer program. The FDLSA scholarship will be annual one-time award of $250 to (1) male and (1) female graduating high school seniors. Submit completed application via email no later than May 31, 2024 and be completed by the applicant.

General Information to Applicants:
1. This scholarship program is administered solely by the Fond du Lac Soccer Association.
2. Scholarships money will be paid to the individual before August 1, 2024.
3. This scholarship is open to any applicants within the Fond du Lac County area who have participated in a Fond du Lac Soccer Association soccer program and are graduating high school seniors.
4. Applicants must have played on a Fond du Lac Soccer Association team for at least 4 years (does not need to be consecutive).
5. Awards are contingent upon proof of acceptance and enrollment in a full-time academic program at an accredited college, university, or technical college in the Fall of 2024.
6. If selected the FDLSA will request a photo of you to utilize online when the award is announced, by providing a photo you are giving permission for the FDLSA to use your photo in marketing, on fondysoccer.com and associated social media websites.
7. All scholarship applications must be completed and submitted no later than May 31, 2024 to be considered.
8. The scholarship winner will be awarded no later than June 30, 2024.
