New Roads Retreat at Wildwood Ranch
Please fill out this form if you are interested in participating in a personalized retreat to address burnout and compassion fatigue. Our retreats are open to First Responders/Military, Healthcare Professionals, Educators, and Clergy (Pastors & Missionaries). Once we receive this intake, you will be contacted to schedule a video interview to determine how to proceed.

A part of our retreats is taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors and wilderness around us. Be advised that we do have a variety of wild animals on our property such as Deer, Fox, Turkey, Skunks, Rabbits, Mountain Lions, and Bears. Be advised that we have poison oak on our property but continue to keep the main trails clear of it. Our trails are well maintained but are still similar to walking in a national park and there are the same risks of falling and tripping.
“The undersigned hereby assumes all risk of injury or harm as a result of the activities specified above and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the releasee from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to the undersigned."

We hope you will enjoy and be refreshed by Wildwood Ranch as much as we are. Being in nature is a connection to the divine and we encourage our guests to spend as much time outdoors as possible. We do not have WiFi or TV but you can get cell reception should you need to take the occasional call. We hope this can be a time for you to disconnect from technology and reconnect and refresh with God, yourself, and whomever you come with.

Health and Emergency Disclosure: Be advised that Wildwood Ranch is in a remote rural location. The nearest hospital emergency room is 40 minutes away in Placerville, CA and 47 minutes in Auburn, CA. There are two fire stations within a 5 mile radius of our ranch. Our retreats involve trail walks on our property. Moreover, our house is not ADA compliant although it is all on one level and has grab bars in the bathroom. There are 2 steps down to the main entry way.
