We are beginning registration for our Afterschool Program.  If you need after school care for your student/students please read and complete this form.

Completion of this form does not guarantee a spot in our program.  We have limited availability that will be filled on a first come/first serve basis.  Students that do not gain a spot will be placed on a waiting list.

Afterschool hours will be Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 6:00pm, at a rate of: 1 child = $50/week, siblings are an additional $40/week each.  Please note, this rate is for the roster spot and is due regardless of attendance.
 All payments are due by Monday of each week.

Submissions will be time stamped and registrations will be available on a first come, first served basis as space allows.  You will receive a phone call letting you know when a spot is available for your child.  We are looking forward to another GREAT year together!
