~ 8ft by approximately 4 ft space $40
~You must supply your own table(s) and chair
~Electric is provided if needed but limited
~The event begins at 12 pm . Set upstarts at 10:30. You must be there and checked in by 11:30 am or spaces may be forfeited.
~The event runs until 5 pm. All vendors must stay set up until 5 pm
~A raffle item of at least a $15 value is mandatory
~We will allow one representative per company to be at the event.
~If more than one representative per company registers. whomever pays the invoice first will receive the confirmed space.
~Once a vendor is confirmed there name will be listed below along with the business they are representing.
~Once payments are received there are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. If you can no longer make the event after you pay you can find another representative from your company to take your place.We must be notified of any changes!
~We will be handing out 100 swag bags at the event. You can advertise in these bags for $25. This is a great place to make sure people leave with your information or to get samples to people. Items are due by November 8th. Items can be sent to P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562 or dropped off at a prior event.
~The event will be advertised in the outlets, on social media, local event calendars, events leading up to the event etc.

We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
