Family & Friends Moi Virtual Challenge
Let’s kick off the moi season with some fun and help raise money for a good friend and fisherman!
The Family & Friends Moi Virtual Challenge is a quick fun challenge to kick off the moi season, which opens September 1st.  

This challenge is being hosted by Sato Lure Co. to help with "Donations for Anthony Fermahin's Family"

Entry Requirements must be received by Tuesday, August 31st @ 6:00 PM.

KEY DATES:     1). Fishing Dates:  September 1st @ 12:00 AM - September 5th @ 11:59 PM     2).  “Virtual weigh-in Submissions”:  Submit your catch throughout the week.  All submissions must be received by September 5th 11:59 PM    3). Biggest Mois will be announced on Sato Lure Co. Instagram Page (@satolureco) on Monday, September 6th. *

CHALLENGE RULES:  To ensure the virtual challenge is fair and follows required guidelines to promote a fun and safe event, participants should ensure the following rule.  1) Hawai’i Shoreline fishing only, 2) Shore Casting Only, 3) No Boats, No Kayaks, etc.  4)  Moi only, 5) Only one fish (Biggest Catch) will be counted per person/per entry/per IG account.  If you post multiple we will only consider your biggest catch. 6) If there is a tie in length, we will go with the first to submit based on time / order submission received, 7)  Fish must be caught and posted during tournament dates, 8)  Bait cast, grubs, flys, lures all allowed, 9) Follow all fishing regulations and pandemic regulations in place, 10) Honor System in place.     *

VIRTUAL "WEIGH-IN" SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:   Submissions must be received by Sunday, September 5th @ 11:59 PM.  Post your Catch on your Instagram page with the following:  1). Include a PHOTO / VIDEO of your Moi and include a) Measuring tape / ruler showing size, b) Lure / Bait used still in mouth of fish  *For CNR entries, video must show your release.  2).  In your  POST include the actual length in inches measuring from nose to fork of your catch.  Please be as accurate as possible (i.e. 12 ¼”).   3). TAG @satolureco in your post.   *note:  instead of a post, you can also DM us the photo/video with the length.   *

Liabilities:  Sato Lure Co. and its affiliates will not be responsible for any injuries or other liabilities during the duration of the challenge.  Sato Lure Co.  is coordinating the submissions and prizes of this challenge, and only sharing the associated gofundme account.  The associated gofundme account, its organizer, and beneficiaries are not liable or part of this challenge.  Donations to the account are purely donations to support the identified cause as stated on the gofundme account.  No funds are received by Sato Lure Co.   *
