BLOCK SPACE DESCRIPTION
A 10'x20' space is provided. Additional space is available for $100.00 per 10'x10' block. Please provide your truck/trailer/setup measurements (bumper to bumper/hitch) so we can properly place you.

SERVING LOCATION
Please specify which side of your truck/trailer your serving window is located so we can properly place you on the street. (Driver's side, passenger's side, etc.)

ELECTRICAL POWER REQUIRED:
Please specify if your setup requires power. If so, please include how many amps are needed. Generators will be available for the amount of amps requested.
$30.00 fee per 20 amps - A 100ft. 10-3 gauge extension cord is required by the vendor.
$75.00 fee for 220 volt of 50 amps.
*Plugging in to neighbors' outlets will result in immediate termination. Only designated power sources are authorized for use.

EVENT HOURS
This application is for the 10:00am - 10:00pm public event. Food Vendors need to arrive promptly at 6:00am to be placed before other parts of the event arrive. Please confirm your availability and commitment to attend the entire shift.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS
A fire extinguisher with current tags is required at your space, per state Fire Marshal requirements. 
ALL ITEMS (food prep/ice chests/containers etc.) must remain off the sidewalk per ADA compliance. Sidewalks must remain clear for foot traffic.

Certificate of Liability Insurance is required to operate at this event. 
Solano County Department of Resource Management Environmental Health Division requires a Temporary Event Vendor Permit. 
Permit can be obtained through SOLANO COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT: (707) 784-6765.
Insurance and permit must be provided 45 days before the event date.

2 Separate checks/money orders must be received to reserve your spot. 
1 Check in the amount of $500.00 will cover your registration and placement fee. 
1 Check in the amount of $500.00 will cover your cleaning deposit. This will be returned and voided following the event, unless additional cleaning or repairs to your space are required.

DIXON ACTION TEAM'S GRILLIN & CHILLIN Event will occur rain or shine, regardless of weather circumstances. NO REFUNDS will be issued once payment has been submitted (with the exception of cleaning deposit following event, if applicable). NO bicycles, NO skateboards, NO scooters, NO motorized vehicles, NO animals permitted on event grounds at the time of event (service animals only). 

NO outside alcohol may be brought to the event.

Food Vendors are responsible for arriving at the designated arrival/set up time and are responsible for staying at the event until their designated breakdown/clean up time. Vendors understand that leaving their booth unattended at any time is not recommended, and DIXON'S ACTION TEAM GRILLIN & CHILLIN is not liable for any stolen, damaged or affected merchandise. 

Food Vendors are encouraged to bring battery operated lights to illuminate their booths once the sun goes down. The event location will become dark, so lights are suggested. 

Food Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their designated space after breakdown is complete. Space should be clear and clean upon departure. No dumping of any kind is permitted at event site.

Registration will not be accepted without proper information submitted with this application. Vendors who are accepted to attend the event will receive contact from a DIXON'S ACTION TEAM GRILLIN & CHILLIN Member. 

Location/placement will be organized by the Board Members and information for setup placement will be provided before the event.

APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED AND CONFIRMED NO LATER THAN JUNE 1ST, 2024 TO REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH COUNTY REGULATIONS.

DIXON'S ACTION TEAM GRILLIN & CHILLIN IS A DIXON'S ACTION TEAM EVENT / 501c3 --- 5316584 DIXON'S ACTION TEAM GRILLIN & CHILLIN and its respective officers will be held harmless from all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses, claims, damages, injuries, and expenses including court and attorney fees incurred or suffered as a result of relating to participation. 

 DIXON'S ACTION TEAM GRILLIN & CHILLIN reserves the right to utilize any photography or videography taken in connection with this event.
I have read and understand the terms and agreement provided to me for Dixon's Action Team Grillin & Chillin Event. I have completed this application to the best of my ability and agree to observe the rules and regulations as stated within the terms. I do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless to Dixon's Action Team and its respective officers' agreements underwriters individually and/or collectively from all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses, claims, damages, injury and expenses including court and attorney fees incurred or suffered as a result of relating to my participation in the event. I also relinquish any rights to any photography or videography taken in connection with this event.
