2. I have completed the FERPA waiver under the “FERPA and Recommenders” section within the school-specific tab of theCommon App.

3. I have “matched” my Common App account with my Naviance account.

4. I have added the college to my Common Application list. This will automatically sync with Naviance.

Optional: if requested by college: I have requested Teacher Letters of Recommendation by scrolling to the bottom of “colleges I’m applying to” at least 15 school days prior to the college application deadline. (Please select all that apply).

A. I have kindly asked my teacher(s) for to write a letter of recommendation on my behalf (optional)

B. If yes, I have electronically requested via Naviance under the "Colleges I'm Applying To" tab to write a letter under the “letters of recommendation section”.

C. I have selected either the specific or all colleges for each teacher.

E. I would like my counselor to write a recommendation on my behalf to be sent to all Common App schools (optional)
