Remove the following sentence:  In addition to the limitations and restrictions on accessory structures as set forth in the Declaration and any Amendments, no sheds or outbuildings shall be constructed, erected, installed or otherwise located on any lot within the Section 3, Phase 1 Property.Remove: Other from the start of the next sentence and capitalize the second word accessory. Remainder of section will stay the same.   A FOR vote for will allow homeowners in Phase 3 to install sheds on their property.
