Youth Orienteering Summer Camp 2025:          Adult helper registration form
This is the form for adult helpers at the Youth orienteering summer camp 2025, at Spencer Beach Top10 holiday park from 9am Saturday 20th December to 2pm Monday 22nd December. This camp is organised by PAPO and is for all keen young orienteers, of any level/experience, up to ~ sch yr 8.

Please use the separate form for registering children to attend the camp, note the closing date for registration and payment is Sunday 30th November. 
The cost for the camp will be $160 per child for the full residential camp. This includes two nights accommodation and full catering. Adults accompanying children won't be required to pay a registration fee but will be expected to help out during the camp. 

We would like to have a one-to-five ratio of adults to children in attendance, and all children attending should have an accompanying adult who is responsible for them (this can be a friend's parent etc).

Please complete a copy of this form for each adult who will be at the camp. (You can amend responses after submitting if you need to). 

Note that we are collecting this personal information solely & specifically for the purposes of organising the camp, and it will not be used elsewhere.
